Submit guidelines
Short version: send us plain facts about a real, publicly available AI bot, agent or template. We write the listing, label it honestly and link to your site.
What we list
- AI bots, agents, agent frameworks, automation tools and prompt templates that people can actually try or buy today.
- Free, free-tier, open-source and paid tools. Paid is fine, including “price on request”.
- Tools with an official public page that explains what they do. We link to that page and to a source page such as docs or a repository.
What we do not list
- Anything illegal, deceptive or unsafe, or anything that breaks the Terms.
- Tools with no public product page, or ones that are only a waitlist or a concept.
- Pages that exist only to push traffic to another site.
What to send
- The name and your official product URL.
- The main job it does, from our job categories.
- What it does in two plain sentences, and how it is priced (free, free tier, paid, or price on request).
- A pricing or docs link, if you have one.
- Whether you make it, work for the vendor, or are a user suggesting it.
How we write the listing
- In our own words, not copied marketing text. We state what the tool does, not that it is the best.
- Claims about results, savings or traffic are left out unless we can verify them on a public page.
- Features the vendor calls planned, beta or in development are described that way, or left out.
- We show prices only as the vendor shows them. If there is no public price we say so.
Labelling
- Listings that come from a vendor’s own submission are labelled Vendor-submitted.
- Paid placements are always labelled Sponsored.
- Fast-track only speeds up review. It does not guarantee a listing or a better position.
- A listing is information, not an endorsement. See the About page.
Review and changes
- Free submissions are reviewed by hand in the order they arrive. We do not promise a date.
- We may accept, edit, decline, reorder or remove a listing. Section 5 of the Terms has the details.
- Your email is not published on the site.
- To correct or remove a listing, email hello@botpickr.com with the listing URL.
