Quote and estimate follow-up sequence

A polite three-step follow-up for quotes you already sent: day 2 or 3, day 7 and day 14, with no pressure tactics.

Small businessFree with name + email

Who it is for

Contractors, agencies, cleaners, photographers and other service businesses that send quotes and then lose track of who replied.

How to use it

  1. Describe the business, the customer, what you quoted and the date you sent it.
  2. Say whether texting this customer is OK. If not, ignore the SMS lines.
  3. Review the three messages, then send or schedule them yourself.
  4. If the customer replies or says no, stop the sequence and use the graceful close instead.
