New customer onboarding email sequence
Five short emails that welcome a new customer, help them get a first result and ask for honest feedback, with no fake urgency.
Who it is for
Service businesses, agencies and small software sellers that want new customers to feel looked after in their first three weeks.
How to use it
- Describe what the customer just bought and the first result they want.
- Fill in who sends the emails and how customers can reach a person.
- Review the five emails, then load them into your email tool yourself.
- Adjust the timing to your sales cycle.
The template
Free with your name and email. Enter them to show the full template text and a worked example on this page. It costs nothing.
How this works: the template text is not in this page. It is stored on our server and sent to you after you submit the form. We do not verify your email, so this is a soft gate that runs on trust. Your name and email are saved to the BotPickr email list. See the Privacy Policy.

Guardrails and human approval
- Marketing emails have legal requirements in many places (for example consent, an unsubscribe link and a postal address in the US). Onboarding messages can be treated differently, so check the rules that apply to you.
- Load and send through your own email tool. Review the emails first.
- Never ask customers to send passwords by email.
- Do not offer incentives for reviews, and follow the review platform's rules.
These are practical notes, not legal advice. Templates are provided as is. See section 4 of the Terms.
Works with
- ChatGPT, Claude, Grok: Paste it as your message, then add your own details where the [BRACKETS] are.
- Custom GPTs, Claude Projects, Grok or other assistant projects: Paste it into the instructions or project instructions field if you want to reuse it. Check that your plan includes that feature.
- n8n, Zapier, Make and other automation tools: Use it as the system message or prompt of an AI step. Keep a person approving anything that gets sent or posted.
- Email tools (for example your CRM or newsletter tool): Paste the drafts into the tool's sequence or automation builder. Setting this up is manual and varies by tool.
We have not benchmarked output quality across models. Output varies by model and by what you paste in, so read it before you use it.
