Guardrails and human approval
- You are responsible for the posting. Check it against local hiring, pay-transparency and anti-discrimination rules, or ask a lawyer or HR adviser.
- Do not paste applicant information or other people's personal data into the assistant.
- Do not use AI to screen or reject applicants without a human reviewing the decision. Some places regulate automated hiring tools.
- Keep the posting honest about physical demands, schedule and pay.
These are practical notes, not legal advice. Templates are provided as is. See section 4 of the Terms.
